Terms and Conditions

1. Access to the Beta is invite-only and may not be transferred or shared.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
3. Participation in the Beta is currently free of charge, but Pebbles reserves the right to introduce fees or subscriptions upon public launch.

1. Pebbles is in an early testing stage and may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies.
2. Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice.
3. Pebbles makes no guarantees of availability, uptime, or accuracy during the Beta.

1. During the Beta, you may upload real financial data (including but not limited to bank statements, and transactions).
2. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that data processing and categorization may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you use Pebbles at your own risk.
3. Pebbles will take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, but as this is a Beta release, no guarantees are made regarding data security or accuracy.

1. By participating in the Beta, you may provide suggestions, comments, or other feedback about Pebbles ("Feedback").
2. You agree that all Feedback becomes the property of Pebbles, and Pebbles may use it freely without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

1. Pebbles may modify or discontinue the Beta at any time.
2. Beta access may be revoked at Pebbles discretion for any misuse of the platform, with or without notice.
3. You may stop using Pebbles at any time by ceasing to access the Beta.

1. Pebbles retains all rights, title, and interest in the Pebbles software, services, and related materials.
2. Your participation in the Beta does not grant you ownership of or rights to Pebbles' intellectual property.

1. Pebbles is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
2. Pebbles shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:
1. Inaccuracies in financial tracking or categorization
2. Data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access
3. Service interruptions or unavailability

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

1. Pebbles may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation in the Beta constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
